24-hr paid parking is available inside the Harbor Steps garage off Western Avenue in the Southwest (SW) Tower. After 6 PM and all-day Sunday, street parking along Western Avenue is free. There are also paid lots along Western Avenue.
Enter the Southeast (SE) Tower Lobby (1221 1st Ave, 98101). The door is open 10 AM - 6 PM. Once inside, ask the concierge for the Terrace Room.
The Terrace Room is in the SW Tower. To get to the SW Tower, cross the skywalk. The entrance to the tower is access controlled; however, the concierge will open the door. Once inside, the corridor will lead you to the Terrace Room. It will be on your left, just before a glass door.
